Reschedule & Cancellation Policies: Please Read!
We require that a 24-hour notice must be given to reschedule or cancel all scheduled treatments and services.
We understand that unexpected situations occasionally arise, however if less than 24-hours notice is given please respect that payment will be due for your service if we are unable to fill your appointed time. “No Shows” will always be responsible for payment, no exceptions.
This policy is necessary to ensure: 1) all valued clients have the opportunity to book the service of their choice in a planned and timely manner, and 2) our ability to effectively manage and maintain an efficient studio, while continuing to offer an exceptional customer experience at reasonable prices.
Late Policy:
If you arrive late for your scheduled service, your remaining time will be honored until the end of your appointed time.
If there is no scheduled service immediately following your appointment, we will be happy to honor your full service time.
This policy allows us to provide you, and all clients, with the courtesy of starting and ending your scheduled services on-time. |
